WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Orders to countries within the EU are subject to VAT which is included in the price. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the USA & EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be, you have to contact your local customs office for more information.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PURCHASING?

- If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we should be able to change the shipping address for you. Simply send us an email to: luckysocksie@gmail.com and we will see what we can do for you.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

- All orders are shipped with AnPost (standard post) without tracking. Delivery within Ireland usually takes 1-3 working days. The delivery time for international shipping depends on the destination country, it could take up to 15 working days.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates, during sales and holiday seasons delivery times can be longer than usual.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

- We try to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however it could take up to 3 days for us to ship your order depends on our capacity.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MEET TECHNICAL ISSUES WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?

- Please try clear your shopping cart and re-place items then go to checkout. If this doesn't work please email us to: luckysocks@gmail.com and we will help you with it.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY SOCKS?

- First of all please remove the label with scissors rather than ripping it off as it may cause damage.
Before wash them please turn the socks inside out and wash at temperature of of 30°C/86°F.
Please try to avoid bleaching or ironing the socks whenever possible. Tumble drying is not recommended since it may reduce the socks life.
